The Hengze 60AS is an energy-saving Hood Type Dishwasher designed for restaurants, cafes, bars, hotels and commercial kitchens serving around 100–300 people per day.
With only 5.7 kW rated power and energy consumption of about 0.1 kWh per rack, the 60AS helps reduce daily electricity costs. Its heat recovery system and double-wall insulated hood help retain heat during operation.
This Hood Dishwasher provides up to 60 racks per hour with only 2.5L of water per rack. The 60, 90 and 120-second washing cycles can be selected according to different cleaning needs.
With a 420mm washing height and 25L wash tank, the machine can handle plates, bowls and other commercial tableware. Its open pass-through design also makes loading and unloading quick and simple.
