Why Buyers Choose the FCD-1004

1 HP PMDC Torque

780 W PMDC motor reaches 3800 RPM no-load and 2700 RPM under load, handling bones, vegetable scraps and coffee grounds in everyday kitchen sink waste disposal.

2-Stage, 5-Level Grind

Titanium-series stainless steel grind ring and turntable produce finer particles than entry-level single-stage units.

Standard Under-Sink Fit

Standard sink mount and PP elbow suit typical under-sink drain layouts — a straightforward sink disposal replacement for most European kitchens.

Built-in Air Switch

Hands-free air switch mounts on the countertop — safe near water, no electrical contacts in the sink cabinet.

Manual-Reset Protection

Overload and over-temperature protection prevents motor burn-out under jams; reset by pressing a button underneath.

10-Year Design Life

PA66+30GF hopper and BMC chamber resist heat; powder-metallurgy sliding bearing rated for 10 years.
