The Hengze HZ-CSD-LB Dishwasher Conveyor Belt creates a continuous return route between the collection point and the washing area. Tableware is placed directly onto the moving surface and carried forward at an adjustable speed of 6–12 m/min, helping staff spend less time moving dishes manually.
Unlike a fixed straight conveyor, the HZ-CSD-LB uses a modular structure. Straight sections can be combined with infeed and discharge sections, while an optional 900 × 900 mm 90° corner allows the line to change direction when the kitchen layout requires it. An optional collection box can also be incorporated into the system.
The Slat Conveyor Belt itself is designed with cleaning and maintenance in mind. Individual slat sections can be lifted for easier access, and an automatic belt-cleaning function helps remove residue from the conveying surface during operation.
A 0.4 kW geared motor and variable-frequency drive provide smooth starting and stepless speed adjustment. The main structure uses 304 stainless steel, with emergency-stop and limit-switch protection for commercial operation.
