Every dishroom has a different route between tableware collection and washing. Some need a simple straight conveyor; others have to turn around walls, worktables or sorting areas. The Hengze HZ-CSD-LB Commercial Dishwasher Conveyor Belt is built around that reality.
Instead of using one fixed layout, the system is assembled from modular sections. Infeed, straight conveyor, discharge and optional corner sections can be arranged according to the available space. Where the line needs to change direction, a 900 × 900 mm 90° corner can be incorporated into the design. An optional collection box is also available.
The Slat Conveyor Belt provides a practical surface for transporting plates, bowls, trays and other compatible tableware. Its conveying speed can be adjusted from 6 to 12 m/min, allowing operators to slow the line during quieter periods or increase the speed when tableware volume rises.
Cleaning access is built into the structure. The slats can be lifted for routine cleaning, while an automatic slat-cleaning function helps keep the belt surface cleaner during operation.
