The Hengze 5000BRD is a high-capacity Flight Type Dishwasher for large restaurants, banquet kitchens, airline catering and factory canteens serving 1,000+ people.
With a capacity of up to 6,400 plates per hour, this Flight Dishwasher features two main washing sections, two rinse sections and one drying section. The inclined flight conveyor keeps tableware in a suitable position during washing.
The Flight Dish Machine uses infrared sensors to start and stop the washing system according to tableware flow, helping reduce unnecessary energy use. Each washing section has 8 anti-clogging wash arms for effective water coverage, while pull-out wash and rinse arms make cleaning and maintenance easier.
The drying section uses two-sided air circulation for better drying. With overload protection, door-open protection and emergency stop switches, the Flight Type Conveyor Dishwasher is built for safe, continuous operation.
