The Hengze PP1430 is a compact Flat Conveyor Dishwasher designed for restaurants, hot pot kitchens and foodservice operations serving around 100–300 people.
Unlike a conventional flight type dishwasher that holds plates at an angle, the PP1430 allows bowls, plates and irregular tableware to be placed face-down directly on the food-grade mesh conveyor. The tableware moves continuously through the washing and high-temperature rinsing sections without using racks.
One key difference is the washing direction. Water sprays vertically downward at approximately 90°, providing strong direct impact on the tableware. The washing process takes about 20 seconds, making this Flight Dishwasher a practical choice for busy kitchens that need fast tableware turnover.
A soft hold-down belt runs above the conveyor to keep bowls and plates stable during washing, reducing movement, overlapping and flipping.
The PP1430 is particularly suitable for hot pot restaurants and kitchens where fast washing is more important than completely dry tableware after the cycle.
