The Hengze 5000BRD is a heavy-duty Flight Type Dishwasher designed for large commercial kitchens serving more than 1,000 people.
With a total length of 5000 mm, this model combines double main wash, double rinse and single drying in one continuous washing line. The two main washing sections provide stronger cleaning performance for high-volume operations and heavily soiled tableware.
The Flight Dishwasher uses infrared sensors to start washing when tableware enters and automatically stop when no load is detected, helping reduce unnecessary energy consumption.
